This is the before and after picture of the bar chair.

I had bought 3 bar chairs on sale, however, I didn’t like the look of the leather cushion.  So, I’ve decided to revamp the cushion.  This project didn’t take long.  It’s super easy and it looked like I had bought them in the blue fabric color!

For this project you will need:

  • Scissors
  • Hammer
  • Electric stabler gun (or handheld one)
  • Stables
  • Screw driver
  • Your favorite fabric (make sure it’s made for upholster or think material)

Unscrew the cushion from the chair and place the cushion on top of the wrong side (the side of the fabric you want, face down) of the fabric

Fold in about 3/4 inches of the edges of the fabric and stable it to the side of the cushion

Your cushion should now look like this.  Once you finish stabling around all 4 edges, screw it back on the chair and then you’re done!!!

Two down and one to go!

Ta Da! All 3 chairs are done and they sure do look designer-ish!
